1. Attendance Rule

   1. For committee members that are excused more than 3 times:

      1. Will be demoted to a member

2. BTST Tax Letters

   1. Donation amounts are incorrect

   2. Finance Department will contact CD directly to get them fixed

3. Fundraisers

   1. Date: Middle of April

      1. On a Saturday? Sunday?

      2. In the evening

   2. Lana can contact a person that may be able to help with fundraising

   3. Ideas:

      1. Bake Sales

         1. At Mrs.Suh’s house

      2. Going through neighborhoods to ask for support

   4. Promotion:

      1. Through social media
